Vegetarian Cooking: VegCooking.com http://www.vegcooking.com/   VegCooking has a plethora of information about vegetarian/vegan cooking, including recipes, a shopping guide, tips and tricks, vegan kitchen essentials, vegan menus, and information on meat, dairy, and egg replacements.  The site also has sections on veg cookbooks, chef spotlights, features, and recommendations for dining out.  

VegSource.com Recipes http://www.vegsource.com/talk/recipes/index.html   On this site, people post recipes and comment on the recipes.  This site is harder to navigate in terms of searching for specific recipes or looking at recipes by type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc). 

VegWeb - Recipes and Cooking Tips http://www.vegweb.com/   VegWeb offers a multitude of veg-friendly recipes as well as articles on veg food/cooking and advice on finding coupons.  VegWeb also acts as a sort of social network with profiles, forums, a chat room, and blogs to link you to other VegFriends.   

International Vegetarian Union - Recipes http://ivu.org/recipes/   This sites hosts recipes from around the world, which are sorted by continent, region, or country and then by type (main course, snack, soup, salad, pasta).   

Vegan Peace - Recipes http://www.veganpeace.com/recipe_pages/recipes.htm   On these recipe pages you will find sample recipes from some of the vegan cookbooks listed on Vegan Peace's cookbook review page.  You can search recipes by dish type and by source.  Also, there is a helpful page on cooking with, drying, storing, and growing herbs.  

Compassion Over Killing - Recipes http://www.cok.net/lit/recipes/   This recipe site has recipes categorized under breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, drinks, soups and chilis, and sauces, snacks, and sides.  It also has a section on helpful resources, such as a vegan food guide and glossary.  

Compassionate Action for Animals - Easy Veg Recipes http://www.exploreveg.org/resources/recipes/   This site has easy veg recipes for meals, snacks, desserts, and drinks.
